Basic Duties:
- Answer telephone and route calls or take messages as needed
- Issue visitor badges according to security plan
- Issue vendor purchase orders from QuickBooks and enter payables for laboratory requisitions
- Place Supply/Equipment orders with vendors
- Order office supplies as needed
- Document control – issue new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and updates/changes to existing SOPs at direction of Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)
- Administrative audit support to QAM gathering documents required
- Maintain staff training files
- Schedule physicals and drug screens
- Assist company president with word processing of documents
- Assist Controller with miscellaneous accounting duties
- Other duties as assigned in support of laboratory administration.
Qualifications:
- Friendly cooperative personality
- Experience in business reception duties
- Experience with Office Suite, i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task is a plus
- Physically able to perform the basic duties as outlined above
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
